What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by category: essential oils start at 5 kg, oleoresins at 10 kg, CO₂ extracts and natural isolates at 1 kg, and floral absolutes at 500 g. Sample quantities (10 – 100 g) are always available for evaluation.

What are your typical lead times?

Ex-works lead time is 10 – 14 days for essential oils and isolates, 12 – 18 days for oleoresins, and 14 – 21 days for CO₂ extracts and floral absolutes. Actual timelines depend on batch availability and destination.

Which Incoterms do you ship on?

We routinely ship EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Air, sea and courier modes are supported with full export documentation (COA, MSDS, IATA/IMDG declaration where applicable, phytosanitary and origin certificates on request).

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

Yes. Every batch ships with a batch-specific COA. GC-MS chromatograms, SDS, allergen declarations, and IFRA / FEMA statements are available on request for every product.

Are your products natural, non-GMO and allergen-declared?

All Plantique Naturals ingredients are 100% botanically derived, non-GMO, and supplied with full allergen (EU 1223/2009 Annex III) declarations. Kosher, Halal, USDA Organic and ECOCERT-compatible grades are available for selected products on request.

Store all essential oils, oleoresins and isolates in tightly sealed containers, in a cool (< 25 °C), dry place away from direct sunlight. CO₂ extracts and floral absolutes benefit from refrigerated storage (2 – 8 °C) for extended shelf life.
